As a Chinese-Canadian, Diana was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to Canada when she was five years old. She takes pride in being bicultural and often talks about it to empower other people to own their greatness with confidence.
Growing up, she was often told not to rock the boat, stand out, and speak up. She was raised to be humble and told to never speak up as it was considered disrespectful to elders. This led to Diana suppressing her voice and opinions.
However, as someone who aspired to be a speaker and motivate other people, Diana knew she had to make a change. So she started working on projecting her voice, speaking with assertiveness, becoming a better storyteller, and not worrying about what others think.
Now, she is a LinkedIn Top Voice, global speaker, an executive career and confidence coach, and an expert in pivoting, personal branding, networking, and public speaking. With her intensive background and vast experiences, she earnestly spends her time helping individuals make the pivot or achieve advancement in their careers.
